Payment Plan Terms

Agreement Overview

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the purchaser (referred to as "Customer") and the memorial headstone provider (referred to as "Provider") for the purchase and payment of a memorial headstone.

Payment Plan Options

The Provider offers various payment plans which may include weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly installments. The specifics of the chosen plan will be detailed in the payment plan agreement.

Initial Payment

A non-refundable initial deposit is required at the time of signing the payment plan agreement. The amount of the deposit will be specified in the agreement.

Installment Payments

The Customer agrees to make timely installment payments as specified in the payment plan agreement. Payments are due on the dates specified and must be paid in full by the agreed final payment date.

Accepted Payment Methods

The Provider accepts various payment methods including credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and checks. The specific methods accepted will be outlined in the payment plan agreement.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur a late fee, which will be specified in the payment plan agreement. If a payment is missed, the Customer must contact the Provider immediately to arrange for payment and avoid additional fees or penalties.

Non-Payment and Default

In the event of non-payment or default, the Provider reserves the right to take necessary actions to recover the owed amount. This may include halting production, repossessing the headstone, or taking legal action. The Customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to default.

Cancellation Policy

The Customer may cancel the payment plan within a specified period, as stated in the payment plan agreement. Any payments made up to the point of cancellation, including the initial deposit, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Completion and Delivery

The headstone will only be completed and delivered once the full payment has been received. The expected timeline for completion and delivery will be communicated to the Customer and is subject to change based on production schedules and other factors.

Modifications to the Agreement

Any modifications to the payment plan must be agreed upon in writing by both the Customer and the Provider.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country where the Provider is located. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.

Contact Information

The Customer must provide current contact information and notify the Provider of any changes. The Provider’s contact information will be provided in the payment plan agreement for any inquiries or payment issues.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Provider and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

By entering into this payment plan, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
