Terms and Conditions for W&W Memorials Limited.
1. Introduction
Welcome to W&W Memorials Limited. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
2.1 Scope of Work
W&W Memorials Limited specializes in creating and installing memorials, headstones, and other masonry works. Our services include but are not limited to design consultation, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
2.2 Custom Orders
All custom orders must be confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications for custom designs.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
Prices for our services are provided in our quotations and are subject to change without prior notice. Once a quotation is accepted, the price is fixed unless changes to the order are made by the customer.
3.2 Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We accept payments via Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque and Payment Plan (T&C Apply)
3.3 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5% per month.
4. Order and Delivery
4.1 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only when the deposit is received. Any changes to the order after confirmation may affect the delivery schedule and cost.
4.2 Drawing Approval
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure all spelling, dates and grammar is correct on the draft drawing issued by W&W Memorials Limited. All draft drawings must be confirmed by either an approval letter by post or email.
W&W Memorials Limited and its staff will not be held responsible for any errors found later unless said errors differ from the signed draft layout. Any alterations required to rectify any change to wording after the signed layout approval may be chargeable at our standard rate.
4.3 Delivery Schedule
We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation. While we strive to meet this schedule, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Installation
5.1 Site Preparation
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready for installation, including obtaining necessary permits and permissions. W&W Memorials Limited are not responsible for payment of any cemetery fees but will at the request of the client and or the cemetery authority make such payments and add the required amount plus vat where applicable to the final bill
5.2 Installation Conditions
Installation is subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. Any additional costs incurred due to site conditions will be charged to the customer.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation. This guarantee covers defects in materials and craftsmanship but does not cover to any painting or gilding, damage caused by external factors such as vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters.
6.2 Warranty Claims
Any warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period. We will inspect the issue and decide if it is covered under our guarantee.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 14 Days of confirmation. A cancellation fee of 5% may apply.
7.2 Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by us. Refunds for other payments will be processed based on the stage of the work completed and materials used.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8.2 Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold W&W Memorials Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.
9. Privacy
9.1 Data Collection
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data collection and use.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective at once upon posting.
